Elethea and Mario did not let Hurricane Irene put a damper on their wedding. Because all the transportation on NYC and Long Island were suspended due to the storm their wedding day had to be postponed. The couple rescheduled their wedding for the Tuesday after and it was a perfect blue sky wedding day…. a VERY BLUE SKY DAY! The wedding took place at Oheka Castle, which is one of the most stunning venues in Long Island, NY. It’s been many years since I’ve photographed a wedding at Oheka and I was just so excited to be back. Elethea and Mario both prepared at the Castle. The bride wore a most flattering gown by Jim Hjelm which she purchased at Kleinfelds NYC! The couple walked the grounds prior to their ceremony for some romantic portraits.
