I would say all of my brides are joyous on their wedding day but Katie was a bride who expressed so exuberantly. It was contagious. She, and everyone around her were having the best day ever and that feeling just continued to grow and the day proceeded! So many thoughtful details to this wedding. I especially loved Katie’s Christening and Communion gowns hanging next to her wedding gown. And check out those cute puppies the groom rant into in the lobby of the hotel Monaco. Is it good luck to run into a litter of puppies on your wedding day? I say yes! Katie was a bride who knew how to make a grand entrance. For her first look she chose the steps of the Rodin Museum! One of my favorite locations in Philadelphia it made for a “perfect” first look. After doing all the family portraits at the museum we moved on to the historic Merchant’s Exchange.Right across the street was the First Bank where we finished up our portraits before departing for the Downtown Club where they said their I do’s! And then there was food, beautiful food, and dance, with flower petals falling from the ceiling! Most important there was love and laughter and a perfect ending to a perfect wedding day!
