Alisa describes her wedding style as “classic”. I would say her wedding was classic, elegant and very, very opulent! I knew this wedding was going to be a fashionsita alert when I first saw Aliass Pink Christian Louboutin 5” heals. WOW!!! When you combine them with a Monique Lhuillier Gown and Maria Elena handmade hairpiece from Kleinfeld Bridal you definitely have a certified fashionista. Stay tuned for their ceremony at Saint Patrick’s Church in Philadelphia!
Classic invitations by Two Paper Dolls with Alisa and Frankie’s custom monogram.
Alisas “dressers” from Kleinfelds made sure every bow was perfectly tied!
Lauren + Adam 05.10.08
Congratulations to Lauren and Adam on the beautiful feature article of their Union League wedding in the current issue of Brides Philadelphia. What a special day it was with Laurens Ulla-Maija Couture gown, amazing floral décor by Nancy Saam Flowers, and Lynda Barness of I Do Wedding Consulting keeping the whole day running so smoothly. You can see more of their special day on my blog Part 1 and Part 2. An additional exciting note, I will be photographing Laurens sister, Jills wedding next year at the Union League! I love my sister weddings!
Janell + Jonathan
Congratulations to Janell and Jonathan on their engagement. They dropped by my studio and we took a stroll at a park right near my studio for a few engagement pictures. It was one of those perfect fall days! I keep counting down the days until their May wedding at Jasna Polana in Princeton, NJ. For those of you who have never seen Jasna, it’s a work of art on its own accord. All I have to do take the pictures, and they are always breathtaking pictures at Jasna Polana. I’m look forward to your special day Janell and Jonathan!
Jessica + Jason 10-03-08 (The Party)
Now for the conclusion of Jessica and Jasons big polka dot & green wedding at Fonthill Castle. Something new that I wanted to develop was an outdoor Photo Station. I thought Jessicas wedding was a great place to try it out and get samples. I know allot of couples have Photo booths, but I thought an outdoor photo station would be such fun for guests. You can get large crowds of friends together. In following her polka dot theme, Jessica found a polka dot sheet to hang from a tree. The images will be great thank you gifts for all their friends. Jessica did all the polka dot stationary for the reception and Beautiful Blooms provided all the charming floral décor. After the cake cutting Jessica changed into a perfectly polka dot dress by Banana Republic. Jason fell to his knees when he saw her. May your life together be as happy, fun and beautiful as your wedding day!
Their guest book was a photo book of sock monkeys! Everyone got to sign their favorite monkey!
Megan set up the photo station by a tree near the reception tent.
On the back of their chairs Jessica had their “pet” names for each other.
Jessica and her sister both laughed and cried during her toast.
A perfectly polka dot candy bar!

Jessica had a real vision for her country fête but she also had a budget. I think her wedding is a perfect example of how you can have all the charm and elegance without breaking the bank. (It does help to have the very best photographer you can afford
