Congratulations to Lizzie and Ross on the beautiful feature story of their wedding on Elizabeth Anne Designs. Their oh so stylish and chic Union League wedding was fabulous, with some of Philadelphia top vendors like event Planner Gina Sole, Florist Nancy Saam, and makeup by Beke Beau! So make sure to check out their beautiful feature story today on Elizabeth Anne Designs!

Engagement Portraits of Morgan + George

Though the look of winter still has it’s hold on NJ, Morgan and George just could not wait for their e-session. I found a cute barn near my studio and I think we captured a very rustic and  romantic feel! I’ll be photographing their Philadelphia wedding next fall with event planner Gina Sole. I know their Four Seasons wedding will definitely be an affair to remember.

Spring Has Arrived!

Happy first day of Spring everyone! Though everything is still brown and grey in the Northeast I know it won’t be long before the colors start to come back! I thought this lovely lavender field shoot that I did with Beautiful Blooms, Claudia Seyler and a perfect Claire Pettibone gown from Nicole Bridal several Springs ago would put everyone in a Springtime mood. Won’t be long now!

Sweet Emotions

Recently I was asked by an Event Planner for some images that demonstrate capturing emotions on the wedding day.  I pulled a few of my favorite emotional images. It was interesting looking at the images I chose and it sort of gave me some perspective on my work and vision. When I look at some other photographers “emotional” images they can be so very dramatic, and I love their emotion. Mine are softly and happily emotional; downright sweet if you ask me.  I wonder if it’s how my heart sees the emotions on a wedding day or if it’s the couples who choose me to document their day? Probably a combination of the two.
