It’s been hard adjusting to grey skys and brown leafless trees. Hawaii definitely spoiled me. The bright side is only 2 weeks until Spring and this Sunday begins daylight savings time! Can’t wait for all my beautiful Spring weddings!
Something old in Kealakekua, HI
I love taking photos of historic recreations. Here are a few images I took at the Greenwell Store Museum inKealakekua, HI. It is an historic site that features a look at life on the Islands at the beginning of the 20th century.
Hawaiian Engagement Portraits
Well I am back from my month long adventure to Hawaii and acclimating to the cold weather in the Northeast. Prior to my return I met up with Melissa and Doug who are presently living in Hawaii but getting married in New Jersey next summer. How lucky was to to have a chance to do some Hawaiian engagement portraits near their home. The light, the landscape, the perfect weather and the constant rainbows… it’s a photographers dream. I truly envy all those Hawaiian wedding photographers who get to photograph this beauty every week. Maybe someday I’ll be back to photograph an amazing Hawaiian Wedding.
