Rittenhouse Bat Mitzvah of Alexa

It was a beautiful day at the beach for Alexa’s Bat Mitzvah celebration, and it all took place at the  prestigious Rittenhouse Hotel in Center City Philadelphia! Event planner Brian Kappra of Evantine Design did an amazing job recreating the fun of the Jersey shore right in center city. Alexi’s friends had everything on their Boardwalk Arcade from a simulated roller coaster to plenty of boardwalk games. The singers of fabulous dance band L.A. Starz even wore their pretty striped beach dresses. I looked so out of place all in black! So special was this evening for Alexa and her parents. Her mom and dad were married at the Rittenhouse Hotel a few moons ago! On hand to catch all the action of the evening was master videographer Dave Williams of Cinemacake. I can’t wait to see his clips for this totally fun evening.

Jennifer and John had their first look on the top of the Hyatt at the Bellevue in the beautiful restaurant, Nineteen. With the vintage balconies, they were able to enjoy a view of the spectacular Philadelphia city skyline. We then had some fun with the iconic Broad Street picture before walking up the block to The Kimmel Center, where they were soon to be wed! Brides Magazine just named the Kimmel Center as one of the top wedding venues in the United States. WOW! So honored to have photographed Jennifer and Johns beautiful summer wedding there.
