When Trudi first spoke to me about her and Laetitia’s wedding plans she said that she saw them as the perfect combination of Science and art. Trudi, a physician and Laetitia works in the art scene in New York. Where they came from was also very diverse. Trudi was born and raised in Texas and Laetitia from Paris. I guess they are one of those perfect examples of how contrary forces are actually complementary. They knew they found the partner they were to marry. The couple prepared for their wedding ceremony in adjoining suites at the Metropolitan Club. They made sure there was no more “peeking” once they donned their wedding attire! For Trudi and Laetitia the most important aspect of their wedding day was the exchanging of vows; the promise of forever. It was a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony at The Church of the Ascension right on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Afterwards we took some time for wedding portraits in Central Park. It was a most beautiful summer afternoon! Laetitia & Trudi were not very interested in a reception but as a compromise to their families they had an intimate cocktail reception at the Metropolitan Club. They made their wedding day their own!
