Christian Louboutin Blue Sole Shoes

I’m getting ready to share a lot of new beautiful things with you; from the lovely Princeton wedding I photographed last weekend to an amazing Easter theme “tea party” I’ll be photographing today. In the meantime I wanted to share with you one of the most amazing Louboutin wedding shoes EVER! I know it’s something of myth, but yes, there really was a Christian Louboutin Blue Sole Shoe, and I had the honor of Photographing it……many moons ago. This was the ultimate in “something blue” for fashionistas! The “Oh so lucky” bride, Paulina, had to order them directly from their flagship store in Paris.  It’s a trip well worth it for these beautiful. Paulina was able to have her perfect wedding shoes made in the matching green silk of her Monique Lhuillier gown. I have had brides try to order the blue sole Louboutin wedding shoe from the Paris store, but it seems they no longer do the “wedding shoe”.  Maybe we should start a write-in a campaign to bring back the blue sole shoe!

Pretty Spring Color Palette

Today I am off to photograph my first Spring wedding of the season.  It’s a beautiful sunny day with no April showers. To get me in the mood for a lovely spring day I thought I’d share this really sweet spring palette.  I was recently at Cairnwood Estate for an open house. Beautiful Bloom Events did this lovely tabletop with robins egg blue combined with pinks, yellows and white.  Stephan Starr Events did the yummy tasting table complete with colorful French Macaroons.  OK, I’m ready for Spring…. and a beautiful wedding!

Jennifer + Damian’s Engagement Portraits

Jennifer and Damian just couldn’t wait until the blooms of  Spring for their engagement portrait session. Everything is still sort of brown in the Northeast but that usually means it’s time for beautiful black & white portraits! They really couldn’t wait as their wedding will be this coming June at Rat’s Restaurant on the Grounds for Sculpture. I just can’t wait. It’s been several years since I’ve photographed a wedding there and it truly is a very magical location. I can wait to share!

A Facelift for My Blog!

Well, first of all, I’d really like to thank the diligent follower who hacked my blog last winter. It was fun trying to get all my old links repaired. I found out it is important to upgrade your version of WordPress every 3 years or so! It did motivate me to freshen up my theme a bit. It’s been looking a little “old” to me. I wanted to still “hang” with everyone, but in a prettier way! I wanted to thank Sharon Reiley of Sweet Stuff Studios for her beautiful work and for her patience working with me. I had a real vision of how I wanted it to look and she truly brought it to life! Thanks Sharon! What do you all think?
