So many beautiful sites at Aldie Mansion we had to take a few more portraits after Caitlin and Josh’s ceremony. It still left time for our couple to join family and friends for a joy filled reception!
Aldie Mansion Wedding Ceremony of Caitlin + Josh – 09.01.12
While waiting to walk down the asile with her dad my second photographer Rita captured these lovely details of Caitlins Bouquet and shoes. The beautiful rose bouquet was designed by Mark Bryan. He also did the decor for Caitlin and Joshes reception which I’ll share later this week.
Aldie Mansion Wedding of Caitlin + Josh – 09.01.12
You know it’s off to a good start with a beautiful pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes! Combined with the sweetest Priscilla of Boston gown and you have perfection. I have a soft spot in my heart for Priscilla of Boston as my very own wedding gown was a Priscilla! So sad that this might just be my last Priscilla bride as that have stopped designing! Beke Beau was on hand for the picture perfect makeup and Jill Fozar did Caitlins very elegant hairdo! The couple opted for portraits prior to their ceremony on the stunning grounds of the historic Tudor estate, Aldie Mansion in Doylestown, PA. Actually the grounds were so beautiful and varied we did some portraits before and after their ceremony. More to come!
Argentina Wedding Magazine Feature
So honored to be featured in Argentina’s newest luxury bridal magazine! B&S (Brides and Smiles) Magazine is the inspiration bridal fashionista of Abigail Tanon from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Ah, Buenos Aires, definitely on my list of travel “must sees”. Maybe when I visit I could do a shoot down there, or better yet an Argentinian wedding! OOPS. just dreaming. Nest of luck on your new and beautiful publication Abigail. Happy to be featured!
Franklin Institute Wedding Reception of Elizabeth + Ryan – 08.25.12
Well, could it get any grander? The rotunda of the Franklin Institute, with Ben Franklin himself looking on and, as always, the perfect lighting! Florist, Nancy Saam did a stellar job creating the wonderful tabletops. I loved her use of antique silver pots for the centerpieces. EBE’s Dance Band Imagine kept the party rolling all night long and the couple departed with their guests lighting their way with sparklers into the night…. and their future!
