Hyatt Regency Jersey City wedding of Linda + Greg – 04.09.11

After Linda and Greg’s wedding ceremony, the newly married couple had time to stroll around the campus of Princeton University for some romantic couple pictures. It was a very late spring this year and most of the trees in New Jersey had not begun to bloom yet. What luck that Princeton has so many evergreens. I was able to find spots that gave their wedding images that feeling of spring. We then departed for the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City for their rooftop reception overlooking the skyline of New York City! Prior to their reception Greg and the world-famous Princeton Tigertones serenaded Linda. A definite treat for all!

Princeton Chapel Wedding of Linda + Greg – 04.09.11

I’m setting my alarm clock early tonight for the wedding of Wills and Katie! I know we are all waiting in anticipation of “the gown”.  Greg is an alumni of Princeton University and there was no other place they wanted to be married but the very grand Princeton Chapel. It was built in the style of the many grand University chapels in Great Britain. It so reminds me of the chapel in Windsor Castle also. What a perfect wedding ceremony to share with you on the eve of the royal wedding. Linda and Gregs “royal” wedding ceremony in Princeton. The beautiful bouquet and boutonniere was by one of my favorite Princeton florists, Viburnum Designs.

The Princeton Wedding of Linda + Greg – 04.09.11

My first Spring wedding of the season. We totally lucked out as it was April and their were NO showers! Linda prepared for her day at her parents home with mom and sis there to help with the final touches. We were then off in a historic Bentley to Princeton Chapel on the Princeton University Campus. I have more to come tomorrow!

Two Weeks in the Costa del Sol

I had planned to do the Costa del Col of Spain last winter but could not fit it in my schedule. I am planning on renting this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with amazing sea views in the town of Estepona this coming March.  The 1,765 square foot apartment is located in an elevator building directly on the Mediterranean sea. It’s a 5 minute walk to old town with many shops and restaurants. The cost of the stay would be $600/ per person for 2 weeks.

From Estepona there are many fabulous day trips that we can take. Tour buses pick up in town. We can spend the day in Cordoba, Gibraltar to see the monkeys (and shop), and let’s not forget Morocco. Here is a list of some of the tours we can take: Day Trips from Estepona   I also plan to sit and stare at the sea from the beach.

Easter Brunch featured on Style Me Pretty Blog

Just in time for Easter, a lovely little Easter Brunch inspiration  shoot I did with Beautiful Blooms Events is being featured on Style Me Pretty’s Little Black Book blog. We did our little shoot at the Stephen Starr venue, The Horticulture Center in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. The last time I was there was to photograph Love is in the Air in early February with a ton of snow on the ground! How wonderful to be back now that everything is starting to bloom.  Maya and Sara of Beautiful Blooms Events did such an adorable job. I love the “Peeps” candy tray so much I think I’m going to add it to my Easter table. We had 2 beautiful models from Click to highlight  some Easter fashion and Béke Beau was on hand to do their makeup. It was so wonderful to finally work with her and I’m truly looking forward to the weddings we have together this year.  Claudia Seyler did the stunning hairdo’s. This was an amazing team! You can see much more of our Easter Inspiration at Style Me Pretty’s Little black Book.  Happy Easter everyone! I have to go hunt for a few eggs for breakfast!
